There are times for restraint. And there are times for colourful self-expression. The question, dear reader, is this: does one best exercise (a) restraint, or (b) colourful self-expression, when one's employer asks one to take a pay cut because one's employer is an over-reaching, pigeon-kicking dollarafter who misjudged the economic climate.
